The cottage is situated in a lovely quiet spot with very little passing traffic, about 100 yards from the waters edge and the two village pubs (the excellent 'Seven Stars' is shown from the water below).
Built of traditional cob and stone under a new slate roof it retains the traditional character of a true Cornish cottage whilst recent renovations give all the comforts of modern living.

The location is ideal for a quiet and relaxing break near the waters edge, with fabulous local walks and scenery to enjoy. You are also close to the sea, beaches and the major tourist attractions.

As you enter you will immediately feel at home and realise this is a great place to relax. The living and dining area has two large sofa's, a wood burning fire, central heating, television with Freeview, as well as a dining table and chairs. This is a lovely family room both in the warm summer months where the thick walls keep the temperature cool, whilst in the winter the central heating and wood burner provide a delightful room where you can relax in comfort.
