The cottage is situated in a lovely quiet spot with very little passing traffic, about 100 yards from the waters edge and the two village pubs. Built of traditional cob and stone under a new slate roof it retains the traditional character of a true Cornish cottage.

As you enter you will immediately feel at home and realise this is a great place to relax. The living and dining area has two large sofa's, a wood burning fire, central heating, television with Freeview, as well as a dining table and chairs. This is a lovely family room both in the warm summer months where the thick walls keep the temperature cool, whilst in the winter the central heating and wood burner provide a delightful room where you can relax in comfort.
